Maria Findura - Senior Accountant

Ms. Findura graduated with a Bachelors degree in accounting from Robert Morris College.  While in college she worked in the accounting department of major development company based out of Chicago.  Maria joined Wells Street Companies as Senior Accountant in 2011 bringing with her over 11 years of experience in real estate accounting. 

Maria handles all accounting procedures for Wells Street Companies. She is responsible for the day-to-day performance of accounting tasks and management of general ledger accounts, along with managing policy and procedures to ensure an effective control environment.

Heather Schwartz - Accounting Clerk

Mrs. Schwartz received her BA in Communication from Purdue University.  She began her professional career as an Executive Recruiter.

Heather holds a Masters in Education from Depaul University. 

Heather lends supports with the daily accounting for Wells Street Companies.  She is responsible for the day-to-day performance of accounting tasks and management of general ledger accounts.

Christina Maksimovic - Real Estate Administrator

Christina is currently pursuing a BS in Real Estate and Finance from DePaul University. Christina furthered her interest in the real estate industry after interning with Wells Street Companies during the summer of 2011. She joined our team at the end of her internship as a Real Estate Administrator.   

As the Real Estate Administrator for Wells Street Companies, Christina is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the office, such as filing, switchboard operation, and a variety of other administrative tasks.
