Edward Tasciotti - Residential Property Manager

 Mr. Tasciotti began his career in property management over 12 years ago.  He has managed residential, condominium as well as commercial buildings.  He attended Illinois State University with a concentration on criminal justice.

Edward’s roll as property manager with Wells Street Management is to oversee the day to day operations of residential and 3^rd party properties.  This includes but is not limited to marketing and leasing all apartments for maximum value, negotiating with vendors, the handling of all resident related issues and managing the in house maintenance, janitors and sub-contractors.

Krista Johnson - Commercial Property Manager

Ms. Johnson studied business in Colorado where she ran a small independently owned retail business, wrote weekly  book reviews for the local News Paper, along with working on the side managing vacation properties in the ski areas of the mountains. Upon returning to her hometown of Chicago in 2006, Krista continued with her experience in hospitality property management, running a portfolio of 70+ properties in the city of Chicago for a small boutique rental company.  Ms. Johnson transitioned from hospitality property management to Commercial Property Management with Wells Companies in the summer of 2011.

Krista’s position with Wells Companies is to manage and oversee all the commercial building’s operations and to interact with tenants in regards to any questions or issues.  The major roll Ms. Johnson plays within the company is to make sure we are providing a comfortable and safe environment for our commercial tenants to work in, so that they can be successful in their business endeavors.  In addition Krista is responsible for the creative input an execution of improving the buildings; keeping them energy efficient, modern and a profitable.
